request a password via SMS, by typing: hecas new and send to 8885555
no.of programmes Fee

2 programs $10

4-6 programs $20
once a SMS request is sent, you will received a reply msg with the 6-digit alpha-numeric password
log on to www.hecas.edu.bn, select first time login and type in the 6 digit password
2nd step:- once ur password is submitted,the following prompt will appear on ur screen and click at click here
at the same time,the system will request for confirmation by via SMS.
type: hecas yes
once you sent you will received another SMS reply to get your tracking no.
3rd step:- log on to www.hecas.edu.bn, select normal login and type in your tracking no. and password
you can change your password if you want to. type your current password then type new password and re-type your password to comfirm it. Be sure to remember your tracking no. and password.
4th step:- section A is your personal data, you will be ask to fill it in.you will see * this which you must fill it in or u will not be able to go to another section.
next is section B,will be your academic achievements. first you have to unblock or off you popups. after you turn off click Add. There will be a new window, they will asked you to chose which past exam you have taken. after you already chosen it,there will bunch of subjects listed,so you tick the subject that you not taken for exam and remove it from the list. You will be asked are you sure to remove it click yes. If you accidently remove your subject taken you click add and re do it.then you can do the grading and yearing. about the year you dont have to woory about the date just put the month and year. after finished click next and you're on to the next section
5th step:-next is section C,will be program choosen. you can only chose 2 programes for each university, so choose wisely. you have to chose wisely which will be your 1st choice of programe. For example; your 1st programe is bachlor of art which is at UBD and 2nd programe is business and accounting which is at ITB. 1st programe means your 1st choice and 2nd programe is your 2nd choice, so on and so forth. click next to section D
Section D is never been there...but im sure it's for comfirmation everything is in order =)

sudden changes in brunei education...
i think most of brunei citizen already know about the changes in brunei education..
to all students who want to apply at ubd in the future u must aware that it is not easy anymore...
u must study hard and get ur eng o lvl credit..
other than that after u passed ur o lvl exam u must choose wisely which school are u going to enter weather countinue u study at form 6 or go to mtssr...to choice is in ur hand..jgn menyasal krng udah atu...wasted ur time for 2 years dah tu...
about the applying at ubd,itb and unissa on9...im sure some of u agreed with it and some may not...it,s not that im not agree with it...cuma..the way they changes things is way too fast..i already do register well it's seems easier than u do it written...the complicated things is we r not sure weather we should print this from and send the printed form to the uni and ins... our time is short and there are large amount of student want to know about..even the admin dont know we should do that..f we ned to do that why we should apply on9?i dont get it....the cost of one program is way to expensive...last year we can have 2 programs for 5bnd only...well that's it...i still dont understand how to fill in this form ahahah especially section B
